Welcome to the official website for the Dupree Lakes Community Development District (CDD). This site is funded on behalf of the Community Development District in an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the District and to highlight the other agencies involved in the day-to-day Operations of the community. These agencies include but are not limited to the County and the Homeowners’ Association.

Sports Programs at Dupree Lakes

Tennis Lessons are offered for children ages 6-17 years old at the Dupree Lakes tennis courts! Our 6-week program is currently running on Tuesdays from October 7th through November 11th from 3:30-7:00 PM. The next sessions start on November 25th and will run through December 30th at the aforementioned time. Register with Coach Marvin by visiting www.slammertennisworld.com. Resident rate: $130 for 6-10 years of age and $150 for 11-17 years of age. More info about Coach Marvin is on his website.

Swim Lessons are offered by KC Swim School are out for the season. Check back in Spring 2026 for upcoming dates!

Paint Night - Thursday, November 20th from 4 PM - 5:30 PM - Join us for a night of painting! Whether you're learning a new skill or you're an experienced painter, this workshop will be fun for everyone. All materials are provided for the first 20 painters. After that, you will need to provide your own canvas but all paint, brushes, and applicable materials will be provided for all painters. The Dupree Lakes Community Development District Disclosure

Please be advised that the Dupree Lakes Community Development District (the “District”), a local unit of special purpose government created under Florida law, has constructed and is responsible for the maintenance of certain improvements, infrastructure and facilities within the District. The District financed this construction through the sale of tax-exempt bonds, a form of public financing. As a result, and in accordance with applicable federal and state law, all District owned improvements, infrastructure and facilities are and shall remain open and accessible to the general public. Should you have any questions on this matter, non-resident user fees applicable to District recreational facilities, or any other general District issue, please feel free to contact the District Manager.
