Welcome to the official web site for the Dupree Lakes Community Development District (CDD). This site is funded on behalf of the Community Development District in an effort to help educate the general public about the services provided by the District and to highlight the other agencies involved in the day-to-day Operations of the community. These agencies include but are not limited to the County and the Homeowners’ Association.
Dupree Lakes CDD Playground Closure
The playground is currently closed for reconstruction. This project is in progress with an anticipated opening timeline of late March 2025. We will provide updates as the project progresses so please keep an eye out for any emails regarding the progress. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

Dupree Lakes now offers tennis lessons for children aged 6-17 years old! Our Tuesday, 6-week program is currently running March 25th thru April 29th, 2025. - Celebration of Earth Day - Saturday, April 26th from 3PM-5PM - Gardening Party
- Tournament Tuesday - Tuesday, May 13th from 5:30PM-7:30PM - Put your gaming skills to the test and join us at the Clubhouse for a Wii Super Mario Brothers Tournament! Snacks and refreshments provided.
- Wine Painting Wednesday - May 14th from 6PM-8PM - Calling all the moms- treat yourself to a night out and customize your own wine glass! All materials will be provided, including sparkling cider and an array of cheese and crackers to fuel your creativity. RSVP is required. Max 24 painters. Drop by at any point- we're keeping the music and fun going throughout the event! Please note that alcohol consumption is prohibited on CDD property. This is an alcohol-free event. - Paint Night - Wednesday, May 22nd from 6PM-7:30PM - Join us for a night of painting! Whether you're learning a new skill or you're an experienced painter, this workshop will be fun for everyone. All materials are provided for the first 10 painters. After that, you will need to provide your own canvas but paint, brushes and applicable materials will be provided for all painters. Please RSVP via the link by clicking here to reserve your spot.
- Bearded Grounds Food Truck - Monday, May 26th from 7AM-11AM - Beat the beach crowds and celebrate this Memorial Day at the pool! We will be hosting Bearded Grounds in the Clubhouse parking lot, serving up fresh coffee and breakfast food items for purchase.

The Dupree Lakes Community Development District Disclosure
Please be advised that the Dupree Lakes Community Development District (the “District”), a local unit of special purpose government created under Florida law, has constructed and is responsible for the maintenance of certain improvements, infrastructure and facilities within the District. The District financed this construction through the sale of tax-exempt bonds, a form of public financing. As a result, and in accordance with applicable federal and state law, all District owned improvements, infrastructure and facilities are and shall remain open and accessible to the general public. Should you have any questions on this matter, non-resident user fees applicable to District recreational facilities, or any other general District issue, please feel free to contact the District Manager.
